Alice_Burst_2013 sends light pulses of a fixed polarization state, wit the purpose of initial alignment and channel light equalization

QKD_Alice_2013 is the firmware for Alice (sender) setup. All the pinouts and connections are set according to the layout of the Arduino shield for Alice controller.

QKD_Bob_2013 is the firmware for the receiver setup. Pinouts and signal inputs and outputs are consistent with the Arduino shield for Bob controller. In order to obtain the initial timing calibration, the routine "Histogram of arrival times" should be uncommented and the sketch re-uploaded to the microcontroller.
